Curb or eye appeal;
Enhancement of the neighborhood;
Mature trees incorporated into the landscape; and

The Jolly Family of a Roy Avenue address was the August 2015 YOM winner and named as the Lynmore Estates 2016 YOY winner. According to LE YOY Committee Chair, Janie Grayer, “This house was selected from among the other entries because of its nicely appointed floral and structural features and its overall curb appeal and obvious attentiveness.” The Jolly’s have three YOM wins.
The winner of the LE YOY receives a “Yard of the Year” sign for prominent display in the winning yard; recognition of the yard on the Macon Area Habitat for Humanity and Lynmore Estates websites; framed Certificate of Award presented by the Lynmore Estates YOY Committee; and an ACE Hardware $100 gift certificate.
