Two Lynmore Estates Youth Work to Fight Hunger with Local Food Drive
Today, two residents of Lynmore Estates met up at the local Habitat for Humanity's Restore location with a large box and about $40 worth of food. As the hours went from 10:30am to about 2:30pm, the girls faced a hard time with few people willing to donate to the cause. They hope to resolve this issue before the next food drive which will be held at the end of October with hopefully more publicity and awareness being brought to the issue of hunger and how to end it in Macon, Georgia.
