

Stewards of the Planet: Lynmore Estates Quarterly Neighborhood Cleanup
In honor of Earth Day, volunteers stood up, join up and took action with residents in Lynmore Estates for quarterly neighborhood cleanup. The cleanup started with a meet-up at Southside Community Church on Roy Ave, where resident leaders lead the group in prayer and head the charge with mapping out the plan for the 10-streets cleanup. A Brush with Kindness
Resident youth worked during spring break installing simple modifications to accommodate seniors as they age in place on March 27-31, 2017. Nine young boys aging 14-18 participated in the "A Brush with Kindness" project funded by the Jaques Foundation in partnership between MAHFH, CGTC, and Lynmore Estates neighborhood including Southside Community Church.
